Antique Japanese large tsuri-doro, hanging temple lantern made of iron and bronze. Six sided form with tall, splayed feet. The sides and doors are made of iron and pierced with a kiri (paulownia) flower motif. Edo Period (At a later date, the paper was replaced with glass and the lantern was fitted with electrical.)

Dimensions: 24″ high x 20 1/2″ wide
