Japanese Antique Keyaki (Elm) Wood Tansu
Antique Japanese tansu made with keyaki wood front, beautifully grained wood with deep translucent red lacquer finish, iron hardware throughout, 2 large drawers along upper portion and 4 medium sized drawers below, lower right hand corner has a safe box with 2 small interior drawers also with keyaki fronts, comes with key, Edo Period (early 19th century).
