Japanese Antique Bronze Vase with Moon and Horses
Antique Japanese bronze vase with mixed metal inlay of scene depicting 3 men and horses (one man riding, 2 men leading horses) in moonlit landscape, the moon appears as a sliver of inlaid gold near the branches of a tree, signature says made by Shinkyo, inscription (added later) states that this vase was awarded to Mr. Uchida Kyutaro and presented by Tokyo Yokohama Maruman Shop Export Company on April 11 Taisho 4th year (1916).
The vase is Taisho Period (early 20th century).
